Nope, he'll end up with Kyujin instead. BUT if you want to see how Chiwoo and Jihyun together you should read the sequel. The author put a short oneshot (mostly smut scene lol) in an alternate reality where they ended up together. You don't even need to read the original to understand it. Go check that out instead, it's in the last 3 or so chapters.
