Same here, and felt the same. I almost finished but still confused. I'm gonna read the Minori no Te and Jealousy since they are also parts of the story and it will be clear a bit I guess. Or not :D
I don't dislike Scarlet Beriko but mostly I don't understand the storyline :D

The way the story progresses is soo weird and confusing. I have soo many questions. The seme assaulting patients is disgusting and then he gets with the soccer dude, who i guess he liked the whole time. What exactly happened to the ukes leg huhhh?
