The baby in trashta is the son of her already born son's father. Basically, after she left, she left and stopped being a servant she was already pregnant with the baby of her master's son, who she already had another child with.
I saw some too! Thank God she isn't infertile. I feel bad for the emperor for not having any children but oh well the he deserves it.
