In general I think so. The thing that makes him a good king is the same thing that can be his downfall: he has too much heart.
yeas. he have the kind heart and he have the wits to handle and take care of his people in fair way to everyone. the problem is his own people don't seem to give him enough crudit and see him has a complate moron. but that not his fault XD
