Considering his behaviour towards her and how much he humiliated her plus the fact that he basically left her to starve since she didn't have any money, she has absolutely no logical reason to fall in love with him again as the spoilers says ???? What's the point of teasing such a cool relationship with White haired guy if she just return to that Duke trash ??
It's not the first time that I see this kind of gross trope: a woman who was abused/mistreated by her husband/fiancé just return with him because why not ?? He had a change of heart? He had bad experience with women ? He had a sad childhood maybe ???
No sorry that doesn't justify nor excuse such a disgusting attitude.
That's why I quit reading a lot of stories with this trope, like my pride as a woman is just too strong to bear reading this kind of story plus my blood pressure is dangerously raising as I write these lines lol.
Sorry for the rant lol, I know there are worst stories than this but I had to get this out of my head.
