Sooo. I'm looking for a manga/mangaka. Can't remember much but here it is.
Mangaka has very distinctive insanely detailed style
Manga in question is about a pretty man (who never wears underwear) and he is a "super human", having a lot of speed and leg strength.
He has a policeman friend and the first arc is them solving strange crimes. (Usually involving beautiful women as victims)
One of I can remember is a human trafficking operation where a victim with no hands or feet is used as bait.
Another happens in a house that looks like a pile of fancy boxes with fancy interior gardens and whatnot.
In following arcs we find out there are other super humans and they come from the same village that has very weird traditions. And the super humans can look like basically monsters.
A one shot from the same mangaka is about a girl buying a gift for her unrequited crush in an antiqued shop with a bishie shop owner
