I think he shows his sexual desires to Hwi because Hwi knows the true him and he’s comfortable around him and Hwi mainly knows him as horny and yeah he doesn’t seem like the type to first show affection.
I think rather than constantly having hwi take the lead, it’s time Param learns or tries to give affection first rather than just out of sexual desires mixed with love.
