As an uploader, a lot of the times when a manga is uploaded on a specific day (March 17th for example) the notification won’t go through until the following day, so you’d get the notification on March 18th.
Or, it could just be that mangago is still working out the kinks of the server collapse. ┑(￣Д ￣)┍
