Actually, because the Lukas is from an influencial family, NOTE was the one prohibited to enter the school and be near Lukas.
(With the court fully knowing this ruling is actually in favor of Arthur because Note is just an alias under a mask)
So no mask, no prohibition for Art
i swear when they were in court the judge said he wasnt allowed in the school!!? And werent they banned from being near each other?? (⊙…⊙ )
