I'm sure many countries law would say he's a pedo. I got the image he was not first kid? Not to say later on he is older but still underage I'd say.
Yeah, laws would label him a pedo but in a psychology point of view, he isn't really a pedophile because he can be aroused by the grown up Yui's body. He probably just has an obsessive attachment to Yui and projected that attachment onto other kids.
He's not a true pedophile if he can have sex with Yui when he grew up. Not to mention, he's seriously attached to this kid. XD
