the emperor wanted to punish the author for publishing an erotic book with false information with the emperor (demon king) as the male lead. he suddenly swore on his gem (equal to his life) to ban the book and punish those who possess them. but after his oath he was informed that half of his citizen possess and have read the book. as to stoppunishing his beloved citizens he needs to atleast make half of the book real
