if i'm not mistaken (since i can't read the raw, so everything is based on the images) in the later raws they have done it. Gil lost his memory and couldn't remember Haru so long story short Haru made Gii remember and than they went to an hotel and they had sex. i could be wrong but i'll try to find the link

I think he did get his memory back because if you look at the previous pages you can see that Gii remembered their special place in front of the clock ( I repeat this, I can't read the raws so I could be wrong regarding all this memory thing).

Nice! It's been years since I read the raws, and didn't realize there were new chapters out! (I thought it ended lol) But yes, not only that, there is a dialogue between Gii and Haru later that confirms they did it, at last. (≧∀≦)

I can confirm that he gets his memory back, he gets it because when Haru leaves him gii starts crying uncontrollably and he literally becomes paralyzed even though he doesn't understand why (gii was serious about not being able to live without haru lol). The memories come back afterward. About graduation, I don't believe so. (Still need to catch up on reading the raws, haven't checked to see if it was updated since it was years ago haha).
