He's basically forced himself in to mc's house because the guy is too nice to turn him down. So if he's not a gold digger then he's just a creep. He's plenty capable of getting a job and finding his own place to stay. And how is he not a homewrecker when it's plain as day they both have a thing for each other? Even before they started dating they made their feelings clear to him.
