Nah, I feel you. Live action can be a lot different. I don't like it either tbh, but movies and tv shows in general don't interest me.
phew. to be honest...I've really only been into yaoi for about 10 years...didn't even know about before then...and I've always felt kinda embarrased because of how restrictively i was raised..(no seriously, I was even allowed comic books)...and I dont't really know anyone to talk to about yaoi.

Not even comic books? Damn, that doesn't sound fun. You can always talk to all of us here, though! No ones gonna mind if you start some conversations! :D And yeah I've been into yaoi for about 6 or 7 years now, but my parents weren't very conservative and never monitored what I did on the internet lol.
my grampa tried to sneak me the archie comics...but gramma always threw them away when she found them...so I stopped looking for any comics. *shrugs* but anyway Thank you! It might take me a bit to be more open..but I'm getting there!
so, I've finally reached the point where I'm not embarassed to readmy favorite yaoi mangas with other ppl around..but is it weird that while I like yaoi manga and animes...I don't like live action?
