I think you might be right. If anything hye-sung only hugs dojin when he is really really upset
Somebody PLEASE prove me wrong, but have you ever noticed that whenever Dojin hugs Hye-sung, Hye-sung doesn't hug him back. I think, I THINK, in this current chapter (99), HYE-SUNG FINALLY HUGGED DOJIN BACK!!! ε=ε=(ノ≧∇≦)ノ
