it kinda depends on what exactly are you translating? if you wanna translate some mangas/manhuas/manhwas and upload it, i suggest you to find a scanlation team who is in need of a translator. Or you could start your own scanlation team idk you do you
join a team, or just start your own. to be able to upload, i think you should email the admins or whatever you call them
