Yeah ofc every anime have its haters, but most of them in the some of the anime’s mentioned have most positive than negative (From what Ive seen). I’ve seen some on Twitter and Instagram one person said on a Metamorphosis tweet “I feel sad and horny” and I don’t think they got backlash, another is when someone mentioned they liked redo of the heater didn’t get backlash. And I couldn’t forget that majority on an Insta post people were saying ‘sauce’ to a BNHA Doujinshi that has incest and “pp” and in a Komi hentai Doujinshi. I always thought it was just double standers or something.
Personally I've seen more negative than positive, I think it just depends whether you actively search for negative criticism or the positive criticism. It just doesn't sit well with me when people defend a manga by saying "well this other manga has the same topics etc. etc. And it doesn't get hate!" when a lot of people actually actively hate on it
