In the next chapter Eunchae stops by a place to get dessert and it just so happens Jiho is working there. Jiho’s cousin owns the place and he’s helping out. Jiho also got a job and they congratulate each other. They eat together and it’s awkward. When they leave Jiho tells Eunchae he’s sorry. Jiho didn’t know if they’d see each other again and wanted to apologize and say he understands after his own job search. Eunchae says he’s sorry too. They realize they both live close by and Jiho invites Eunchae over. The spark is still there and they reconnect and say how much they missed each other. They have sex and remark how it seems like they were never apart. They go to sleep and Eunchae has the same weird AU dream in the water. Apparently Jiho was just messing around but Enchae started drowning. Jiho pulls him to shore and says he was afraid he’d never see Eunchae again. Jiho says Eunchae has to stay by his side forever and Eunchae agrees.

I love the art and the characters (Jiho and Eunchae at least- even if they are two dummies) but dang this story was all over the place (￣∇￣") The pacing is weird and the story went off in so many weird directions. I’m bummed bc this seemed so promising.
Like why would you have a happy ending just to have the couple break up in the epilogue?? It just doesn’t make sense. They had evidently been together for a while (the main story ended with them going to do their military service) yet didn’t communicate at all.
I have so many questions. Why didn’t they meet up after Eunchae found a job? How long had they been broken up? During sex they’re both a bit overwhelmed and each say it’s been a while since they had sex. We’re they seeing other people during their time apart? Ugh I just #－.－)
