I think it means the author is not aware of biology, but then again the whole concept of male pregnancy in omegaverse stories is ridiculous and can only happen in fantasy, so let's read it as "the author creates the rules of their universe"
It's just that I remembered it being mentioned in the manhwa itself that he wasn't going to go into heat. But I may have misread.
if yeonwoo went into heat while he's pregnant (which is not supposed to happen) does that mean that he's...uh...not pregnant anymore?
