Hi! I'm not sure either but I do agree with you. I have a friend who live in the US but can't get in Mangago. Maybe because of his network or because it banned.

I'm from Philippines too. Mangago is working fine for me. I'm using Converge as my internet service provider and I haven't heard my ISP banning any sites. It's the Globe's fault I guess...
Uknoe how vpn change location like US(Places name) etc... So mine it wrote US. And I can't access mangago. Everytime it wrote US. But if I'm not using vpn mangago works just fine(I use incognito in chrome). For some reason mangago won't work if im not in incognito(chrome).
i saw that most of the people residing in SEA countries cannot access mangago (but mine is working fine). i think it has to do with the network you're using. if you're from philippines (im filipino btw), i heard that globe started banning websites containing pornography and explicit content so that might be it :((
