haha it wasn't a spoiler it was just a scenario where he wouldn't be able to take the pill!
but the fact it was explicitly referenced to in the story, and the fact things have started to go well for our couple despite the things stacking up against them, its probable that sort of thing will happen to one of them (probably the alpha though?)
he seems more resistant to pheromones than others but I would definitely prepare for some sort of angst~

1. its not necessarily that he's forgotten the pill - its something you have to take consistently throughout the month, and because they very obviously had unprotected sex, he's reminding himself to take it consistently for the next few days. only in the circumstance where he's been kidnapped in the next few chapters for instance, and has no access to it, will he have a chance of ending up pregnant.
2. omegaverse babies normally happen during an alphas rut, which is why he got so mad at his alpha for suggesting they have unprotected sex during that time
I absolutely love babies in bl, and omega verse babies are adorable, but I'd personally much prefer them bringing a baby into the world once everything settled (the grandma conflict) and the alpha has graduated from university.
