Yep the egg was fertilized in vitro before (outside the body) and then currently the egg is being grown into a viable embryo in a presti dish(it not a complete baby but till the 8-12 cells stages) after that it would be transplanted into a surrogate who will carry the baby to term. I do hope it isn't the aunt who does that
