there’s a camera on the glasses i believe if u re read you’ll see a red light and i think the serial killer dude ( forgot his name ) noticed because he’s looking directly at it. as to who he’s referring will send him back i’m not sure but it could be the dude who’s still alive in the background, he’ll be the witness
