Okay so seme asked help from the ghost. I'm not too sure but I think Seme's mother fell for a ghost and they had half human half ghost baby which is seme. So seme has connection with the ghosts and that's how he made a deal with a ghost. The help that Seme asked was that he wanted Uke to fall in love with him. So seme asked the ghost to haunt Uke (which made uke dream of Seme but that was the ghost).

This is all I could translate from raws with the help of google and google sucks lol so some things might be wrong.

Ok ty also use naver papago it translates korean better than Google translate
