a lot of ppl are saying' 'oh why was he cold he had loving parents'' and '' he grew up well why was he a jerk'' but i think thats exactly why he was like that elizibeth was perfect and doll like loved by the public for being '' kind and gentle'' and nobles prolly kissed up to her cuz she was known as perfection what every noble wishes to be seen as and leo the emperor who knew her better saw threw all that and knew she was never sincere and found her acts of kindness and her perfection disgusting cuz he saw threw that and only saw an empty doll behind that and him who grew up with loving parents and maids it was gross he hated her cuz he knew what real love was and anyone would get annoyed by somone who was using them she was even if her family programed her to do so (side not im not blaming liz for acting like that at or justifying him being a jerk but all im saying is if u knew ur friend or a kind public figure was doing all those good things to gain ppls favor and shit it would piss u off big time u wouldnt know they where minipulated into doing it all you would see is somone who acts fake to look good) but then he found her story and regreted his actions
