Shen Zhi Jie and Fu Sheng Xi are same person. He was secretly released from the prison when he was about to be executed. He was placed to be Fu Sheng Xi when the real Mr. Fu died. So he did some surgeries to make himself resembled to the real Mr. Fu and trained to be like one.
