Who are the older men Makio's with in the last three chapters? Why is he trying to give a blow job to the one with dark hair? Is he Makio's new lover? Does he stop because he remembers Satoru? Is he trying to get away from Satoru, did he ran away or something is it something else? Because he seems to beat the shit out of Satoru in he last chapter they have there.
