Try to think how looks like the world that You would love to live in or that You would hate the most. And describe IT first :)) maybe there would be a different religion or form of belief, different names, powers? But would people be similar to us? Or will they look different? Maybe they came from different species than hominids? How long does that world existed? WHO ruled it? Were it filled with technology? Or magic or dark forces? Create the world first so the characters will come to You naturally ;)) tell me what You wrote later! Good luck
