Guys it happens to not be recognized by ur own community. Me as a pansexual girl , talking with a non-binary person went something like that . They didn’t believe that I was pan or somewhat “gay” in a sense, bcz I didn’t “look” the part . From their point of view I was too “girly”. I haven’t been comfortable thinking about it

im sorry you had to go through that. even within our own community, some are more prone to stereotypes and are not very educated :( the way you look has nothing to do with your preferences and it’s something only you can decide for yourself. i hope youll feel more comfortable soon, dont let others expectations ruin your enjoyment :) !!

Some people don't even know that there are different genders... And sexes. When it comes to orientation, they blame anything non heterosexual and cisgender either on the parents or on the child's "rebellious" or "wayward" behaviour and that it'll "get" fixed.... It's quite infuriating.. They mock people.. It pisses me off.
