aw babe i am so sorry. i don't mean to make this about me, but i'm not in the prettiest place either. but in the end, all we can do is hope or if you're religious pray that it'll get better and i can 99.99% assure you that it will. break ups suck and i know it hurts but good things end so that better things can happen and i hope you find someone who makes you very happy in the future :)
