Just because he's wearing a Jubar eyes doesn't mean he's a royal because he don't have a golden hair that's a trait of Royal family, golden hair is God's blessing to the royal family so clearly, if he don't have the blessing then he's not a royal.

2. He has diamond eyes. Proof: He can use the blue jewel + when he removed them his eyes were white (diamond) + it's also because of his diamond eyes (luck) that he found the blue jewels.
