So after chp 15 there is a time skip and the uke works in a cafe, idk if he owns it or if it he only works there. He reunites with his sister and they are pretty happy about it. The uke has a daughter and he loves her so much and is an excellent father. In the other hand the seme became a doctor and he is an asshole; he is cold and uninterested (I love the suffering). The seme stills doesn't know shit, neither that the mc is a omega, that the baby is his, he doesn't even know where the uke is (they haven't seen each other maybe for 4-6 years depending on their daughter age). Anyways the ml goes through a rut (probably not the first one) and he doesn't have sex with anyone, he can't stop thinking (and loving) the mc so he basically jerks off thinking about him. Now in the last chapters is were the first chapter of the manhwa is; the mc is in the cafe and a doctor is going to buy him coffee I think they already knew each other and then the ml literally jumps over the mc. I suggest everyone to read the first part of ch. 1 because that part is the seme pov and this last chapters are from the uke pov. Anyways they take the mc to the hospital and they start talking idk what but mc is no pushover anymore and he throws water to him and leaves. Later in another part he is in the coffee shop and the seme walks in so yeah drama coming over. Oh I forgot but before the seme was in his rut he was like having a big fever and stuff so he sat down in a alley and the daughter (which he doesn't know is his) was like you ok? and she goes to the uke and tells him that there is a man who needs help but when they get there together he was not there so.
I have 2 hypothesis of what is going to happen. Since the seme was an idiot asshole who didn't listen like he should have and because of this he asked him to abort the baby the uke will probably not want him to meet their daughter so it will take long for the seme realized his stupidity and biggest mistake oooooor it will be fast so the uke will tell him like yo im an omega you piece of fucking shit and the seme will be like oh fuck and he is going to try to win him over.
