Although it may be true for the leaks, (I kinda doubt it) it seems weird knowing that Venti banner is officially 3 weeks and so is, Tartaglia's banner logically, meaning there'll be no new banner. After two reruns, it's easy to imagine people complaining from a 3rd rerun in 1.6 or 2.0, I don't think that's what Mihoyo would want
