Like I agree with you like can't we just have two grls building each other up and not tearing each other down. I gotta disagree with the yaoi part tho like they do it a lot in yaoi as well unfortunately.
Really? I'll admit that I haven't read many Yaoi (about 5 completed and 15 ongoing then the ones my friend talks about), but they always have the male lead with his guy best friend- yet the guy bsf is never a rival or rude.
I mean sometimes the male lead will have a bag buh for the most part they don't and they always introduce a third dude to be a love rival just for a conflict starter.
I see what you mean! I still really wish we could have a mc that has a completely loyal and kind bsf in a romance manga because those are so rare it hurts.
