i think he means it, everything is different now bc seungho knows that nakyum likes him, so he no longer feel the need to punish (i think he punished him bc he was mad that nk was in love with inhun and not him)

i hope so!! bc seungho has said something similar to this in the past so i really hope he means it this time and starts treating nakyum *better* o.O
