I haven't read the second story, but..

I haven't read the second story yet, so I can't compare, but at first I was worried since people said the first story wasn't good... Damn, how is that not good? I guess people have way different tastes, but I found it so unique, different and touching... The mangaka brought a lot of emotion into that complex love triangle, and yet it was resolved so beautifully.. it takes courage to move on - even though the dead uke was terrible at times, there's a certain honesty to his feelings... The guilt, the awkwardness and anxiety it brought was something I honestly found to be brilliant.

Finished reading the second story - DAMN that's even better, but the first one I still loved too.

Personally, I found the first story very uncomfortable. Between the ghost and the seme, they raped the uke.

Yes, definitely. Although (In my opinion as well) I think it was meant to be uncomfortable - that was the element in the story that the mangaka was probably trying to get across. Rape is only bad when it's portrayed in a positive light (i.e When rape is romanticised or encouraged), But I'm sure that particular scene was meant to evoke conflicting feelings. It gives you this horrible gut feeling, and while it's so obviously supernatural fiction, it had a strong sense of realism in the way it portrayed the characters' negative thoughts.

To each to his/her own opinion though. :) I get where you're coming from.

It wasn't only the whole rape thing with me. It felt as if the forgiveness was rushed. I couldn't help but think the author had the uke forgive him out being manipulated through a situation or was guilt ridden into forgiving him which rubbed me the wrong way
