It's possible. I did it, married my first boyfriend. Found him when I was 21. Been married 20+ years. But there's no best way of finding someone. I was planning on being single forever, and found him by mistake. You can't control anything that involves a relationship with other people, after all. Just because a relationship isn't forever, doesn't mean it wasn't worthwhile. Be happy.
