No I haven't encountered one having a hard on. However if I did see them reacting that way I would ignore it or ask them if they want to use the rest room xD

As a dentist myself, this was the most awkward thing to read since there aren't a lot of dentist manga out there, it's ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶ weird to have a relationship right off the bat with a patient and I've never encountered a patient like that. But then again this is fiction, I'd still read it anyways and laugh at the ridiculousness smut has to offer xD
