im pretty sure he liked her b/c she could do everything that he couldn’t. although he’s a man he wasn’t strong & he couldn’t fight on the battle field. she’s a woman & she did all of that even when women aren’t supposed to be doing that in the first place. im pretty sure he just admired how brave she is & how she climbed the ranks even though she’s a woman.
