Lmao my dad did the same thing he bought me the same brand of pizza for five years because i mentioned it once when i was a kid. Makes me love him tho lol
Yeah... I think, coming from an Asian family with older OG Asian parents (who are typically not as affectionate nor do they know how to display their affection), you learn to love the little things your parents (especially your father) do for you. My parents have never told us they love us in person but there are other ways they can show us.
literally, i mentioned i wanted to try a special roll at a bakery and my dad would bring me that exact roll like very time he would pass by but i didn’t even like it ;-;
my dad does this to and i always feel so awkward when its something i don't even like cause i feel too guilty to refuse it or correct him
