The translator of that title must’ve translated it wrong. The correct translation should be like “The Stepmother’s Fairy Tale” or “The Fairy Tale of a Stepmother”. I could understand why it lead to that translation since fairy tale and fantasy kinda has the same meaning.
Yall....... Why is it called the "fantasy" of a stepmother.......
