I think because it’s historical, they talk using older vocabulary and phrases that’s why it’s so hard to translate the historical korean (or is it Chinese?) to modern English.
The Korean author used some traditional Korean so when it translated into English it look and sounds weird
Wish it was translated so we could understand it... I have no clue what's happening
