Omegas experience heat, but Alphas experience a Rut. Some where in the side storieds with theother couple (Heesoo and Dojun) Dojun was going though a Rut.
And ruts are not that often as heats - which are regular.

Do Omega's only experience such heat? Why can't i see Dojin being on heat? Hmmmm
