Honestly Hyesung is one of the most realistic character out there. Remember, at a young age where he had plenty of dreams for himself, he wasn't even ready to have Byul. He has low self esteem for feeling "dumb" academically and being an omega. The fact that he wasn't there for byul in his early months is also eating away his conscience. And now he has to deal childhood traumas.
