exactly, I dont know how people expect hyesung's attitude to just do a 180 when he was tossed into so many stressful situations. not only does he have childhood trauma but he's a young parent. you cant expect people to be perfect.

We're not saying that Hyesung's action were totally fine, but come on. Give Hyesung a break. Every time a new chapter drops, I always see people hating on Hyesung. He's still on the phase of changing into good. Y'all get mad when everything is already okay, but Hyesung's still acting a shit. Parents are composed of two. While Hyesung is healing, Dojin will be there for Byul. I'm sure Hyesung will do the same if Dojin will have a hard time too.
Why do others kept on saying that Hyesung didn't have any character development? It's not drastic, but he got more mellowed compared before. Are you sure you read and properly comprehended the story? Hyesung just needs time. Please notice the changes in his attitude. Hyesung was totally on his own with just Kyungsoo on his side before he met Dojin. But he's there. He's there on his way to being a parent. You can't expect him to act like you want him to in a snap of a finger because that part of his life still needs to be fixed.
His past is not a free pass. I know. But he's there. Patience.
P.s. even though it's a bit irking, it's touching to see how Heesoo worries about Hyesung compared before. I love how Dojin's family care for Hyesung a lot. ╥﹏╥
