No, that is just the Nora from the original timeline. The blond man Shuli is with at the party is not her husband, is the man she started seeing after her husband died, in order to gain his support and become the head of the Neuswantein house, so that the brothers of her husband didn't kick her out and took that position from her (and by extension from Jeremy). As I understand it, she slept/dated several men during the original timeline, always with the purpose of securing connections and power to maintain the house afloat and solidify Jeremy's place as the next head. It was one of the reasons she had such a bad rep originally, because people saw her as a gold digger and opportunist. It was also why the children hated her for a long time, because they thought she'd never loved their father since she got "lovers" almost immediately after his death.

It got cleared up for me because I was wondering seeing Nora older and taller and her husband was there thinking he was her husband but I also thought it wasn't Nora but some other Guard due to his height.. So it's just a different timeline how it is.. So this timeline he is younger looking right?

Well when he saw her in that party with the blonde guy you can see he is older and taller and she have the same youth look and same height in that recent chapter.. Nora was like younger looking in the 2nd life of her reincarnation So that's why I thought it's like a different dimension thing.. And the thing is I'm wondering the mother of the prince what if she is Shuli but reincarnated and chose a different path in her life.
