That's Ai. Kaname and bitch yuuki's child. No zero died from protecting some random child. My baby :( After all these years spent reading Zero never got his happy ending. I would've loved this story more if they turned it into BL midway. Get shiki and zero to be together or ichiru and zero.
I agree when I saw it turned into a confusion with Yuuki having feeling for Kaname but still hanging out with Zero. No! I thought it would have probably been better if it turned into a BL. Lol
