The poor uke block out his traumatic memory. Seems to be having amnesia and living in denial treating the tattoo guy as the brown hair guy he love. He now only remember the happy times he had with the brown guy. I am not sure about the brown hair seme mstaken anything as uke did call out his name i think.
Can you spoil me more? I mean why doesnt the uke just use the money from the seme to pay the tattoo guy? What happened in their past?

I think the uke mistake the tatoo guy for the seme with brown hairs? And said something important - like his feelings - and the brownhair dude misunderstood because of eavesdropping...
