I think his dad came for wooyoung and took him by force back to Korea.

So in previous chapters you can see that uke's father sent him to the US to separate him from seme. But seme moves to the US to be with him (it is implied that uke's daddy found out when Liam says that someone called asking if uke was working at his firm). So daddy ships uke back to Korea and locks him up. Later in chapter 55 we can see thatÑ 1, Seme's secretary was setting everything up for seme's return to Korea workwise 2. That uke scaped and went to see seme when he found out he was back in Korea
