I read the novel a while back, so not sure if I'm remembering this correctly. Oscar makes an entrance again later on (close to the end I think) when Mielle has her downfall.. along with some others I won't mention. There might be some appearances for small formal events involving Mielle's engagement to him or a birthday party, but like I mentioned earlier, it's been a while since I read the novel so I'm not sure.

He does make an appearance but... it's short-lived. He probably makes like two more appearances.
For the acting out part....

He actually doesn't act out and rather than love, he seems to feel a lot of guilt about turning his back from her. I don't remember if he still held feelings for her, maybe a minor crush but he definitely feels guilt and regret about the whole thing. Other than redeeming himself, he doesn't play any more roles, from what I remember or read so far.
Dang it. Thank you angel-sans for responding. I kinda wish that he would show up more just to make Asher a bit jealous! I know that in this chapter Asher was slightly jealous with her and Cain but I mean Cain is literally disgusting and ugly so I figured that Oscar might make him feel more threatened. But I guess that that holds more true to his shy nature. ╮(￣▽￣)╭

Does anybody know of we're going to be seeing more appearances of Oscar? I mean I assume that he is still in love with our mc and thinks about her. Is he going to get jelly seeing her with Asher and act out? I need to know if he has any real role to play further on just because I'm so curious.
